Anne is a business operations executive in the healthcare industry. Currently, she is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Holy Redeemer Health System - a regional healthcare delivery system outside of Philadelphia focusing on the development, management and expansion of the health system's capability to provide strategic and tactical solutions for efficiently managing and directing patient services throughout the region.

As SVP and CIO at Holy Redeemer, Anne oversees both strategic initiatives and tactical execution for Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. She is charged with not only managing the department in its current state, but also developing and implementing a long-range Information Technology strategic plan that will support Holy Redeemer's continued efforts to deliver the highest quality patient care.

Anne previously held executive positions in major healthcare marketing, provider and technology companies. She comes to the table with strong entrepreneurial, team building, and people development skills. She has a proven track record with effectively guiding organizations through substantive change.

Anne holds an MBA in Health Care Administration and Planning from St. Joseph University and a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from LaSalle University. Autumn Bayles is the Senior VP of Strategic Operations and Technology for Tasty Baking Company. (Until August 2006, she served as the the Chief Information Officer.) Tasty Baking Company is one of the country's leading bakers of snack cakes, pies, cookies and donuts. The company, headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, was founded in 1914 and is the manufacturer of the popular Tastykake brand. In her role as the CIO, Autumn has responsibility for all of the information and communications technology for the company.

Prior to joining Tasty Baking Company, Autumn was a principal consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services, previously PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) Consulting until a merger earlier this year. While there, she worked with numerous Fortune 500 organizations to assess and implement their information technology systems, practices and strategies.

Autumn started her career at Price Waterhouse (later PricewaterhouseCoopers after a merger) in 1992, where she held various positions of increasing responsibility during her 10 year tenure, including Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Senior Manager, and Principal Consultant. As a client service practitioner, Autumn worked on and led numerous large scale information systems and related technical strategy projects, including several ERP implementations, custom application development projects, and merger planning projects.

Her clients included Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Duke Energy, Bank of America, Comcast, JP Morgan, and Shell Oil.

While client service was her primary responsibility, she also had internal responsibility for management of a firm center of excellence, management of the development of internal project implementation methodologies, instruction of internal consulting classes, leadership of numerous proposal and sales efforts, leadership of staff evaluation committees, recruitment activities, and serving as a Coach to several staff members.

Autumn also served as Director of Consulting for Destiny WebSolutions, where she was responsible for project direction, client relationships, business development, and participation in internal strategic directives. Clients included Bank of New York and Citigroup in implementing cutting edge web applications for global use.

Autumn also served as a technology management consultant for Safeguard Scientifics wholly-owned subsidiary, aligne, working on technical strategy and program management engagements for both clients and Safeguard portfolio companies. Client experiences included working with management at Atlas Commerce, Safeguard, and ZapMe! in developing technology and business strategies that would facilitate business success in the rapidly changing technology marketplace.

Autumn is a graduate of Lehigh University, where she received her bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Autumn also holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Autumn is affiliated with many local organizations such as the Union League of Philadelphia and serves on the boards of Junior Achievement, Girl Scouts of SE PA, and The Forum of Executive Women.

CHRISTOPHER DUFFY has invested over 20 years in a variety of technology management and leadership roles in vendor, business consulting, healthcare, and now higher education. Chris's responsibilities have included Product Development, e-Commerce, Strategy and Operations Leadership, both in the Applications as well as the IT and Infrastructure arena. Chris joined Peirce College in 2001 as the Chief Information Officer. His role at Peirce College includes Applications, Infrastructure, the Support Center, e-Commerce, Integration, Security and Web Services.

Prior to joining Peirce College, Chris held the position of Vice President for Horizon Consulting Group, as well as Manager of Information Systems for Maritz Travel. In these roles, Chris successfully developed organizational capability and methodology, strategic & tactical operating plans, client relationships and new products and services consistent with each organization's goals & objectives.

Chris has a BS in Business Administration from Peirce College, and holds the Certified Information Systems Security certification (CISSP). Chris is a member of the CIO Institute, the Society for Information Management,(SIM) and is a member of several advisory boards.

Chris has also been awarded the 2008 SIM Award for Leadership and Innovation, the 2009 Community Leadership Award from the Jenzabar Foundation, and the 2008 IMS Global Learning Consortium Bronze award.

Franz joined Catholic Human Services in 1988 as an administrator in Financial Services. In 1998 Franz moved into field operations as a divisional director. In 2004 Franz was appointed the Chief Information Officer. As the CIO Franz is responsible for setting the strategic direction for information technology, focused on delivering the tools and technology necessary to improve the quality of life of the individuals served by his organization.

Catholic Human Services, an operating division of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, is a highly diversified provider of social services and senior health care services. Catholic Human Services is comprised of over a dozen independent corporations with operations in 95+ locations throughout South Eastern Pennsylvania. Mr. Morgan is responsible for the operation of the NASDAQ OMX's Global Human Resources Department and providing support to NASDAQ OMX employees worldwide. He reports to NASDAQ OMX Chief Executive Officer Bob Greifeld. Prior to joining NASDAQ OMX, Mr. Morgan was Executive Vice President Technology and Operations, Chief Information Officer for the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. (PHLX) with responsibility for Financial Automation, the Exchange's Technology Division and Exchange Market Operations supporting the PHLX's five (5) businesses, Equity Trading, Options Trading, Foreign Currency Options Trading, Futures and Clearing Services. Prior to that, Mr. Morgan had been a member of the Phlx's Technology Management Staff since 1982, serving in various technical and managerial capacities including Project Manager, Group Manager, Assistant Vice President and Vice President.

Mr. Morgan has received numerous awards for his work including the LaSalle University Information Technology Leadership Award and the Sun Microsystems Stellar Performance Award. He recently received the Society for Information Management (SIM) Leadership Award for development and implementation of the Exchange’s Derivatives Hybrid Electronic Trading System PHLX XL, which resulted in significant market share growth, and the PHLX becoming the nation’s third largest Options Market. He has also been a finalist for the Computerworld Smithsonian Award. His work has been featured in articles published in Computer World, Information Week, LAN Magazine, Securities Industry News and Wall Street Technology Magazine.

Mr. Morgan serves on the Board of Directors of Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, Inc., the Society for Information Management (SIM) Board of Directors, the LaSalle University Information Management Advisory Board, the Villanova University CIO Advisory Council and the Npower CIO Advisory Council. Ms. Prohaska has held a variety of roles in the Information Technology field and has been with West Pharmaceutical Services as Vice President, Information Technology since July, 2006. Prior to joining West, she served in several IT leadership roles across a variety of industries including life sciences, industrial gases, automotive and primary metals.

Ms. Prohaska was awarded an Honorable Mention from the Society of Information Technology in December, 2008 and the Eastern Technology Council's ITEC Leadership Award in May, 1999. Brian Simmermon is Chief Information Officer for Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA), headquartered in Cherry Hill, N.J. He is responsible the operations of information technology for Subaru, its company-owned regional offices and independent distributors. This responsibility includes driving business value by developing overall IT and business strategies for the organization. Brian joined SOA in 2005 and has revitalized technology operations and delivered quantifiable value to the SOA's enterprise.

Prior to joining SOA, Mr. Simmermon was Senior Vice President Enterprise Applications Development at QVC, Inc. While at QVC, Brian orchestrated the development, refinement and deployment of a five-year strategic plan to transform legacy technologies to Enterprise applications for installation in UK, Germany, Japan and US. He also, deployed a supply chain package to track end-to-end product flow and replenishment from vendors located in Asia to distribution centers located in the US, allowing real time visibility of product movement for the first time at QVC.

Mr. Simmermon was with the Franklin Mint in progressive leadership roles, such as, Vice President and Chief Information Officer; Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of European Operations with facilities in 11 international locations, as well as Vice President positions in Customer Service Operations, Corporate Marketing Operations and Information Systems. Among Brian's accomplishments are the design and implementation of a three-year strategic business plan that linked technology with organizational goals while reducing costs by 60 percent; P&L responsibility for the $120 million European business; and implementation of systems in support of business-to-business and business-to-consumer environments. He also spearheaded and managed the architecture and completion of a data warehousing system, and successfully launched an e-commerce Web site which was at the forefront of market demand.

Brian received a bachelor's degree in computer sciences from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. He is active in Society of Information Management (SIM) and Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group (GPSEG). Brian is the Chair of GPSEG's CIO round table; a group of high powered executive CIO’s that focus on today’s major business topics.

Whatnell was recruited by Sunoco in November 2001, to serve as Chief Information Officer to develop and implement the company's IT renewal strategy. Prior to that he spent 17 years with Texaco including Head of IT Europe in London, moving to the USA in 1995, where he served in several Corporate Director positions in the Information Technology department and as the IT member on Texaco's global technology policy and strategy team, finishing his service as General Manager IT in the shared services company for Texaco, Shell and Saudi Refining Inc.

Peter is President Society for Information Management International, on the advisory council for the IT programs at Villanova University and a board member with nPower Philadelphia, The Opera Company of Philadelphia and the Academy of Vocal Arts. Peter, and his wife Helen, live in Center City Philadelphia, while his two children and grandchildren still live in the UK.
